Pay a visit to Verity - a famous sculpture made by the celebrated artist Damien Hirst. Situated on the harbourside in Ilfracombe

North Devon is a beautiful place to visit

We arrived to site and the staff were very helpful and friendly, we were shown to our pitch which was large and private also fully serviced. The pitch was water logged at back and took a bit of hard work to get caravan level, but the view was beautiful.

The site has a children play area, which our 3 children enjoyed very much, being close to this had its good and bad points, good being able to watch our children play, bad in the fact that we had to listen to the zip wire from 10 in morning till 10 at night.

The site has 2 shower blocks and both were lovely and modern and clean, the best I've ever had to use on any campsite. The roads out of site, were very narrow and we had a bike ride down to Mortehoe but roads very busy so felt not safe for children.

There are many lovely beaches nearby, we visited Woolacombe and Putsborough both lovely, but cost six pounds to park.

Overall a good site with great facilities and North Devon is a beautiful place to visit.

A large pleasant site with plenty of hook up areas for caravanners and a lot of space for camping.

The camping areas are very pleasant especially past the fishing lake, the owners have left a lot of the original vegetation in place giving lots of secluded pitches and some larger areas.

Pitches at the top of the site slope, and past the lake tend to be flat. A great cheap site for an occasional visit in a tent.
