Lovely campsite in a fairly remote location with views of the sea if you are located at the back of the site. Close to Woolacombe and Mortehoe but driving distance if you have young children.
A couple of shower blocks which are a long way from the far end of the site where we stayed but the sea views make up for it.
Having said that, there are loads of showers (so you never have to queue), a good campsite shop that sells pastries in the morning, a children's play ground (with zip wire) and a fishing lake.
Would definitely return
Large site, 100+ pitches. Has its own fishing lake and a lot of space for kiddies to play and run around.
We went in the middle of the summer holidays, which was brave as we do not have children. The site operates a good policy of no children playing after about 9pm and this was adhered to while we were there.
Overall, the site was excellent and would recommend it as a good base for the north of Devon.
