Warcombe Campsites Nature Trail

Warcombe Campsites Nature Trail

With an wide variety of birds, animals, insects and flowers, all of which can be found in abundance if you keep your eyes open, our Nature Trail is starting to come into it's own. Keep quite at dusk and may be rewarded with the sight of deer. The gentle hooting of owls can often be heard in the still of the night. Children can call into reception where we have a fun quiz for them to take on the walk.

Fantastic stay at this great campsite, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. It was our first time with a caravan and everyone was very helpful. Good sized pitches, great play area for the kids, fishing lake and a wonderful woodland walk for the dog. All the facilities were always very clean.

Stayed for 11 nights and had a great holiday, will definitely stay again next year and would highly recommend it!

Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
We are so very pleased that all of the family had a lovely stay with us (including the dog). All our staff try very hard to be helpful and offer advice that they may have gained over the years. We look forward to seeing all your family again.

We visited this site during the first week of June when we could not have picked better weather. The site is easy to find and although the approach road is narrow it was easy to navigate.

On arrival we were greeted warmly at reception and then escorted to our pitch. We had booked a premium pitch and this was at the bottom of the site which is more natural looking than the top part which although is still lovely is more landscaped.

The pitch was absolutely huge, you could of got two camper vans with awnings and still had plenty of space. The pitch had a small brick BBQ, 2 hook ups, water, waste drain and a picnic bench, it was a it more pricey to have this pitch but well worth it.

The toilet facilities were very good, my only complaint was that the lights were on sensors and I did get left in the dark one evening!. The site is close to Woolacombe (walkable but steep) and also close to Mortehoe which is easily walkable along the coastal path and the Chichester Arms is well worth a visit at the end.

All in all we had a great week at this campsite and would definitely return (especially for the lemon muffins you can order from the bakery)
