This is a first class campsite. The pitches are of a very good size and well spaced out.
The site is very clean and tidy, wash-rooms always of a high standard, bins etc. emptied many times throughout the day, grass and general site very well kept.
Plenty of friendly staff on hand to help, a well stocked shop if a little too small and opens a little late at 8. 30am.
My only gripe would be the WiFi - unless you are pitched very close to a mast or you are right at the top end of the park, don't bother buying it - the signal was poor and we couldn't use it after paying £24. I complained but you are told to contact the provider - apparently they are just the middle man and could not give a refund. I found this a bit naughty as they are the ones selling it and I certainly was not the only one to complain so they are fully aware there is a problem!
All in all this is a 5* site.
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Thank you very much for your review and kind words - glad you enjoyed the park. Regarding the Wi-Fi we have had very few problems until peak season - at times the volume of users had suddenly peaked and some customers experienced connection difficulties. As a result we have paid to upgrade the site coverage and this has helped. One thing to bear in mind is that our rural broadband network does not have the speeds that city users with Fibre-optic lines are used to. We give out a leaflet explaining this as well as contact details for the provider and it seems these steps have helped.
We hope you will stay at Warcombe again soon.
A really well run site that is worth every penny. We had a brilliant family holiday here in August and will be back again in the near distant future. Excellent amenities, not commercialised, friendly, quiet at night and immaculately clean ... What more could you want?? Big pitches! They have those too :)
Fantastic site with extremely clean and well-presented wash rooms. Excellent location. Very well organised, well run and happy staff (they even baked some special dairy-free cakes for our son who has a milk allergy!). Shops is small but well stocked with almost everything you forgot to pack or need to keep you going. Will definitely return.
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Thank you for your lovely review! Glad you enjoyed the cakes - we have been making Birthday cakes and celebration cakes for customers quite frequently during these holidays. Hope to see you again soon.
We have just returned from our fourth holiday at Warcombe and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The site is great for families and the play area is safe.
The staff are really helpful and friendly, especially Glynn who was great with the kids, and had fantastic advice about local beaches, things to do, and how to pull the biggest fish out of the on-site fishing lake.
There is loads to do with young families in the local area and if you want a summer holiday in the UK this is a great base.
Amazing Camping Experience!
What an amazing find! Would recommend the premier pitches for the extra space, picnic table, bbq area, water and electric! Facilities are brilliant, spotlessly clean, luxury wet room for all the family is great especially if you have young children.
Our children made so many friends on the park in the evening and everyone was very mindful of their neighbours in the evening so you could get a good nights sleep!
Will definitely recommend to our friends and will return next year! Thank you

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Warcombe farm, it is by far the best campsite we have stayed on in the 7 years we have been camping. A beautiful site, very well maintained, lovely clean and warm showers and plenty of them, never had to queue, a shop that sells lovely fresh rolls, pastries etc. but get there early, they go very quickly!
5 min drive to Woolacombe bay or you can walk which we also did, about half hour each way but a steep climb back. We pitched at far end of site near to the meadow (pitch 212), a massive pitch, just a few mins walk to the toilets etc., if you prefer to be away from the main area like we do then this area is perfect.
Our 3 kids, age 12 and twin girls age 10, had a fab time, we hardly saw them in the evenings as they played at play park and made lots of friends. The zip wire is brilliant!!!
Very relaxing break and thoroughly enjoyed it... will be back next summer!! thanks Warcombe farm, fab staff to, very helpful.
Just came back after a couple of nights camping and what a place Warcombe farm is! It has ticked all the right boxes. Pitch 221; lovely little spot, people friendly facilities, A1. Everything was well maintained and clean, staff were great and Glynns fishing tips were great. Had a cracking evening fishing, even the wife enjoyed it.
There is only one thing I would change and that would be for the shop to open a little earlier, as I'm an early riser and could of done with my coffee a bit sooner. Saying that we will definitely be back ..
Cheers all, Neil, Karen and Beth
Second stay, but certainly not our last!
We have just arrived home from our second visit to Warcombe Farm. Our first was last September where, on our second day we had already decided that we would return for a whole week rather than just a short stay.
I have been camping all my life and can wholeheartedly say that the experience, facilities and hospitality are some of the best I have experienced!
This time we had family join us towards the end of our stay, who were greeted warmly and shown to the adjoining pitch to ours.
We will always recommend this campsite to friends and family and will be returning as soon as we can!
Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable!
Keri and Matt.
Excellent camp site
Just came back after a long weekend. Went with my wife and 3 young children. They loved it as there's a brilliant park. We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and did not moan at all. It was my birthday while we were there and a very cheery member of staff named Glynn came to sing me happy birthday. We am 100% going back next year. I will recommend it to all of my friends
We have stayed at Warcombe for the last 4 years and found the facilities to be clean and well appointed. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here for many years to come.
Great fishing! Hours of fun spent at the lake! Great quality fish! Great condition! Highly recommended!
5* showers and toilets!!! Better than most hotels I've been to! We camped furthest away from gate, next to dog fields and had a superb view of the sea!!
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
We're so glad you had a great time and enjoyed the fishing - the biggest fish out this year so far was 14lb! We look forward to having you stay with us again soon
Back again for our 8th Year !!
We have just said goodbye to this fantastic camping site after a 2 week stay we never want to leave!, we love everything about it... the staff, the location and the site. We would not go any were else now, both my children have turned down the option of having 2 weeks in Gran Canaria or here!! Guess where we will be going next Year !! Cant wait till next year (The Gibbens)
Cosy Feel Camping
This is a large site but has a cosy feel. We had a great pitch amongst a small group of others, not noisy or busy. Toilets and showers were very clean and modern. Small shop that had most things that we forgot. Chippy came on Saturday fish and chips were lovely!
Beautiful campsite and lovely staff!
We have just returned from 4 days camping at Warcombe Farm (myself, my husband and our two children aged 5 and 18 months). I don't usually write reviews but we had such a great holiday, I really felt I should!
The campsite was beautiful with sea views, spacious pitches and the staff we extremely welcome and helpful. The food can that arrives in the evening was excellent.
We had a lovely holiday at Warcombe and cannot wait to book again soon. The children had a great time and it was nice and peaceful in the evenings!
Thank you for a brilliant holiday Warcombe Farm!
First Class Site and Service
Just returned from our first visit to this campsite and cannot fault it. Friendly staff always willing to offer advice on just about anything you care to ask.
LIKES: Coded barrier entrance and exit, clean landscaped site, quiet site after 10pm, excellent toilet/showers/washing/food prep/chemical disposal/bins etc all kept clean and tidy and serviced regularly. Even had hand sanitizer in the chemical disposal point - nice touch! Great dog walk which extends to various footpaths connecting to SW coastal path. Had a go a fishing in the beautiful lake (£9.50 for the day and no license required) and caught around 20 fish - kids loved the experience. Food vans (stone-baked pizza, fish and chips, seafood etc) arrived each night to give an alternative to cooking and reasonably priced.
DISLIKES: I am being really picky here, but the road approaching the campsite is a little narrow considering the amount of caravans, campervans using it - as well as the buses serving the nearby holiday parks. It. could be widened easily, but its only about 1 mile to the main roads and there are plenty of passing points.
We met with many fellow campers who told us they had been going here for years. Hope to go back next year but probably need to book early. Recommend this camping park for families and couples.
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Thank you for such a great review Andrew - I will make sure our hard working staff see your kind words. We strive to provide an excellent holiday experience for our valued customers. You mentioned the access road to the park - as you know hundreds of caravans and large motorhomes go up and down the road to access both Warcombe and other parks - as you mention there are lots of passing places and there are rarely any problems as long as everyone takes care. In areas of outstanding Natural beauty there is huge opposition to changing our small roads and lanes - that is why Devon is so unspoilt.
It's great to hear how much you enjoyed the lake and the fishing. Many children have learned to fish here and we hope that you and your family will enjoy many more holidays here at Warcombe.
