Although it is probably more expensive than many campsites (see tariffs on website), you get a brilliant campsite.
The pitches are in various sizes but spacious. We were based near the back where pitches were in small clusters and separated by shrubs/trees so not too close together unlike some other sites. The toilet, shower and dishwashing facilities are newish and unbelievably clean. Underfloor heating too! There are plenty, so no queues ever.
The layout is really good and lovely views from the site.
The shop stocks useful things and the staff are cheerful and helpful. Thank you to George too (pat on the back!), who helped us connect with connecting the gas to the camping cooker.
On one night there was a 'noisy' tent but they packed up early so were not there the next night so we did not bother complaining, they may have been asked to leave?
A great site! It will be difficult to be impressed by other sites after this one!
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Thank you Malc and Cathryn for your review. Great to hear you had a good time. The noisy campers who caused a disturbance were asked to leave to preserve the peace and safety of others. We are not the cheapest campsite, but we do try and deliver the very best service to our most valued customers like yourselves. Hope to see you here again in the near future.

'If Carlsberg did campsites'
Our second year at Warcombe farm campsite, One word sums it up Excellent.
Large pitches, ones near lake are brilliant, we took our touring van and had pitch 93 near lake.
The fishing is brilliant, the staff never stop, the facilities put many hotels to shame.
It has an atmosphere that allows you to chill.
The dog loves the awesome dog walk with stunning views.
We will be back next year, I have an 11 hour journey to get there but it is worth every minute and mile.
Best campsite by a country mile.
Lovely family camping trip
We have just returned from this campsite with our four children. We had a lovely time despite the wintery feeling weather!
The campsite and facilities were probably the cleanest I have ever been to. The main shower block was very modern with large cubicles and plenty of showers. Despite it being the peak holiday season we never had to queue.
There are some lovely walks from the back of the campsite and most evenings food vans visit the site offering dishes such as fresh pizza cooked to order, fish and chips etc. There is a small shop selling all the essentials.
The one thing we really noticed though is just how friendly the staff are compared to other sites we have visited, even the men going round emptying bins and cleaning always seemed to be happy.
We would definitely visit again as it's a lovely friendly family site in a great location.
Great family campsite!
This is a great family camp site!
Varied pitches for caravans, tents and campers from open areas to secluded corners.
Excellent wash room facilities with great family shower rooms, lots of hot water and good showers.
Play area a great meeting place for the kids, my daughter made many friends.
Lovely walks direct from site taking you through fields, woods and coast path.
Direct bus service from site entrance to Mortehoe and Woolacombe.
I liked this campsite as did not have a club house and the site was quiet by 9-10pm.
Good site shop for those essentials.
All the wardens were very friendly and helpful, always prepared to chat and impart local knowledge.
Glyn, site warden, top bloke!
Fantastic site and staff.
This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. Generous size pitches, clean site and spotless high quality showers/toilets. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Glyn whom stayed after work for about 40 mins to teach my husband and daughter to fish. We will be returning.
Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay with our 5 children. What an amazing campsite our pitch 129 was very private and huge and our trailer tent looked lost on there. Very well maintained grounds always staff about emptying bins very clean. Toilets also very clean and showers very warm.
Staff are welcoming and very friendly. My children loved fishing and caught plenty. Lots of washing machines and dryers and we never had to queue to wash up.
My eldest son is autistic and it was lovely that he could have the freedom to walk to the toilets and playground like any other child and us not have to worry.
We have booked again for next year and can not wait to return.
Thank you Warcombe farm for helping us create some wonderful memories.
We are regular visitors to this site and always have nothing but praise for it. The staff are always friendly the site is kept immaculate and the the toilet blocks are 5 star hotel quality.
If ever I owned a campsite it would be like this. We will continue to return.
We have just returned from a week long stay in our tent at this wonderful campsite. We stayed here for the first time last year and enjoyed so much about the site and the area that we decided to return again this year.
There is a good variety of pitches here so there is something to suit everyone, although if you haven't been before we found the staff to be very helpful on the phone on choosing a pitch.
The showers and toilet facilities are very spacious and are kept very clean and tidy and the majority of guests help them to stay that way. The only small disappointment was that there were no electric sockets for hair appliances in the shower block (although there are travel size hair-dryers 20p).
The bin areas are regularly emptied so we didn't encounter any problems with wasps etc. The small but well stocked shop sells fresh baked goods every day (which were very tempting) as well as other groceries.
The campsite is in a great location for some lovely walks and is less than a mile away from the traffic free Tarka cycling trail as well as the huge sandy beach at Woolacombe.
There are some visiting food sellers on different nights too which we made use of. Having waited over an hour and a half for our order the pizzas were OK, however the fish and chips were really good.
Overall the site is very clean and well kept, very friendly, helpful staff who clearly all work very hard and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Keep up the great work!
We have just returned from a week at Warcombe Farm and we couldn't fault it at all. Everywhere was so clean and tidy, the showers and toilets were 100% spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially one guy call Glyn, who always offered help, even when he was very busy and his fishing tips were great.

This is a first class campsite. The pitches are of a very good size and well spaced out.
The site is very clean and tidy, wash-rooms always of a high standard, bins etc. emptied many times throughout the day, grass and general site very well kept.
Plenty of friendly staff on hand to help, a well stocked shop if a little too small and opens a little late at 8. 30am.
My only gripe would be the WiFi - unless you are pitched very close to a mast or you are right at the top end of the park, don't bother buying it - the signal was poor and we couldn't use it after paying £24. I complained but you are told to contact the provider - apparently they are just the middle man and could not give a refund. I found this a bit naughty as they are the ones selling it and I certainly was not the only one to complain so they are fully aware there is a problem!
All in all this is a 5* site.
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Thank you very much for your review and kind words - glad you enjoyed the park. Regarding the Wi-Fi we have had very few problems until peak season - at times the volume of users had suddenly peaked and some customers experienced connection difficulties. As a result we have paid to upgrade the site coverage and this has helped. One thing to bear in mind is that our rural broadband network does not have the speeds that city users with Fibre-optic lines are used to. We give out a leaflet explaining this as well as contact details for the provider and it seems these steps have helped.
We hope you will stay at Warcombe again soon.
A really well run site that is worth every penny. We had a brilliant family holiday here in August and will be back again in the near distant future. Excellent amenities, not commercialised, friendly, quiet at night and immaculately clean ... What more could you want?? Big pitches! They have those too :)
Fantastic site with extremely clean and well-presented wash rooms. Excellent location. Very well organised, well run and happy staff (they even baked some special dairy-free cakes for our son who has a milk allergy!). Shops is small but well stocked with almost everything you forgot to pack or need to keep you going. Will definitely return.
Warcombe Farm Camping Park:
Thank you for your lovely review! Glad you enjoyed the cakes - we have been making Birthday cakes and celebration cakes for customers quite frequently during these holidays. Hope to see you again soon.
We have just returned from our fourth holiday at Warcombe and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The site is great for families and the play area is safe.
The staff are really helpful and friendly, especially Glynn who was great with the kids, and had fantastic advice about local beaches, things to do, and how to pull the biggest fish out of the on-site fishing lake.
There is loads to do with young families in the local area and if you want a summer holiday in the UK this is a great base.
Amazing Camping Experience!
What an amazing find! Would recommend the premier pitches for the extra space, picnic table, bbq area, water and electric! Facilities are brilliant, spotlessly clean, luxury wet room for all the family is great especially if you have young children.
Our children made so many friends on the park in the evening and everyone was very mindful of their neighbours in the evening so you could get a good nights sleep!
Will definitely recommend to our friends and will return next year! Thank you

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Warcombe farm, it is by far the best campsite we have stayed on in the 7 years we have been camping. A beautiful site, very well maintained, lovely clean and warm showers and plenty of them, never had to queue, a shop that sells lovely fresh rolls, pastries etc. but get there early, they go very quickly!
5 min drive to Woolacombe bay or you can walk which we also did, about half hour each way but a steep climb back. We pitched at far end of site near to the meadow (pitch 212), a massive pitch, just a few mins walk to the toilets etc., if you prefer to be away from the main area like we do then this area is perfect.
Our 3 kids, age 12 and twin girls age 10, had a fab time, we hardly saw them in the evenings as they played at play park and made lots of friends. The zip wire is brilliant!!!
Very relaxing break and thoroughly enjoyed it... will be back next summer!! thanks Warcombe farm, fab staff to, very helpful.
