Price includes 2 people, one tent, caravan or motorhome plus one car per night (incl. VAT at the current rate). Pup Tent: Max 2x2m occupied by under 18s only.
Please Be Advised
- We are a family site and do not allow large groups.
- Groups are not accepted unless an advance booking is made.
- The ‘pup tent’ is only valid if a tent/camper or caravan has been checked in and paid for in full.
- The maximum size permitted for a Gazebo or Event Shelter is 3x3m (subject to space available on pitch) anything larger will not be permitted.
- An OAP (over 60’s) discount of £2.00 per unit per night can be applied (not applicable in peak season). Please show appropriate verification on arrival.
Fishing - General Rules
- Barbless Hooks and non-lead weights only
- Dogs are not allowed around the lake
- NO keep nets
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult
- NO ground bait or floating bait
- No standing/walking or swimming in the lake
- Rods must not be left unattended
- Note that our lake is for coarse fishing only
- All fish MUST be returned to the water
- All prices quoted are per rod

Terms And Conditions

- Please between 2pm and 9pm. If you have concerns about these times or are delayed please call us before 5pm on the day of arrival and we will make arrangements to help as much as we can. If you arrive after 9pm you must stay on the late night arrivals area.
- Sometimes pitches have to be re-allocated depending on need. We will inform you if we have to make a change. Acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a specific pitch. Bookings are not transferable in any circumstances.
- Maximum of two cars per pitch extra cars brought to the park will be refused.
- Event shelters and gazebos only permitted by prior arrangement and maximum size is 3m x 3m, anything larger will not be permitted.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your unit will fit on the pitch allocated. Pitches are allotted based on the information you provide to us. Please check your booking confirmation to ensure that the pitch type is correct, meets your requirements and any extras are listed.
- Departure – On the day of your departure, please vacate the park by 11.00 am. Your barrier code will expire at 11.00am. Late departures cannot be agreed.
- We operate a zero tolerance policy for individuals whose behaviour or noise causes disturbance to other guests. The Park Management reserve the right to refuse admission and to ask guests to leave where necessary. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances.
- If you have a dog please ask a member of staff for a copy of the dog rules which apply on our park. Failure to pick up after your dog will result in you being asked to leave the park. Please observe these rules carefully.
- No generators will be permitted..
- No Air Con Units or Diesel Night Heaters to be operated after 10.30pm and before 7am
- Commercial vehicles by prior arrangement only. We reserve the right to refuse any vehicle.
- No open fires or fire pits allowed or burning of wood/logs on BBQ’S.
- No washing of any vehicle, caravan or motorhome is permitted on site.
- No charging of any electric vehicle (including full EV or plug in Hybrid)

Cancellation Plan
No refunds are given, except under the terms of the cancellation plan. A premium of £2.50 per night is payable in addition to the initial booking payment. We guarantee that this premium protects you up to and including the day before your holiday with us commences. This protection includes loss of monies already paid (excluding premium and administration fee of £25) due to; redundancy, jury service, accident, injury, illness or death of any member of your party or close relative. Supporting evidence e.g. Doctors Certificate, Redundancy notice is required. We require original documents – a scanned document for example is not acceptable. This supporting evidence should be sent by recorded delivery. This plan does not cover motor vehicle breakdown, adverse weather conditions or any other issue.

- Please arrive after 2pm. No pitching after 9pm. If you have concerns about these times or are delayed please call us before 5pm on your due day and we will make arrangements to help as much as we can. If you arrive after 9pm you must stay on the late night arrivals area.
- You may request a specific pitch, BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Sometimes pitches have to be re-allocated due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you if we need to make a change. Acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a specific pitch. Bookings are not transferable in any circumstances.
- Maximum of two cars per pitch, additional cars will be charged at £10 per night. Please advise us of extra cars prior to arrival as if your allocated pitch is not big enough to accomodate a second car, we may need to move you. We do not have additional car parking space on site.
- Event shelters and gazebos are only permitted by prior arrangement and maximum size is 3m x 3m, anything larger will not be allowed.
